We cannot accept the types of cargo listed below:

• Goods with IMO class 1 or 7
• Goods with IMO sub-label 1 or 7
• Metallic Mercury (mercury) and Mercury Compounds
• Hoverboards
• Calcium Hypochloride and other chlorine or chloride compounds (due to self-ignition)
• Weapons/ammunition/strategic goods (military/dual use goods)
• Cigarettes
• Jewelry, coins and precious stones
• Antiques / Art
• Scrap / Waste
• Human bodies, (living) animals or plants

Goods accepted on request or under conditions only:

• High value metals such as Molybdenum, Ferro Molybdenum, Cobalt, Products of the Platinum group (such as ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium, etc.) Permission management required. Note: Confirm value in writing before shipping.
• Lithium batteries and Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMh) batteries (due to self-ignition) only after completing and signing checklist. Note: the relevant questions must be completed with Yes or N/A; no = not included. Checklist must be signed by an authorized person.
• Cigars and tobacco products other than cigarettes: permission management required.
  Spirits (Beverages with alcohol percentage higher than 15% (Spirits, Liquors, etc) Permission management required.
• Used electr(on)isic goods: only with consignor’s declaration.
• Magnets (depending on radiation range)
